We ship and charge all subscription orders on the 1st of every month. However, your initial subscription will be charged immediately upon purchase. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established a cutoff period.

Cutoff Period:

• Any subscription order placed before the 20th of the month will be shipped during that same month.
• Orders placed on or after the 20th will be shipped the following month.
• You will not be charged again on the 1st for these delayed shipments, as the initial payment covers the first delivery.

By having this policy in place, we ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible while maintaining a consistent monthly charging cycle.

You can cancel your Zafira Jewellery subscription at any time. To cancel, simply click the “Manage Subscription” link found in your order confirmation email. From there, you’ll be able to stop, pause, or change your subscription easily.

Please make sure to cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s order. If the cancellation is made after the 1st, the order for that month may already be processed and shipped.
